What have you learnt about yourself?

"We don't learn from experience, we learn by reflecting on our experience"

Over the last 18 months, we have undoubtedly changed and been shaped by the pandemic, the lockdown and the changes to our lives.

What have you learnt about yourself and what's important to you?

Has, what's important to you changed, or become more apparent?

What do you want to incorporate into your life? What do you want to ensure you never go back to?

How will this influence your life and work going forward?

We know this time will have given us new perspectives but we often don't prioritise the time needed to cement our learnings.

This important reflection time is what helps make conscious choices, act with intention and form new habits.

Whether you’ve enjoyed a slower pace of life, or have felt challenged and overwhelmed with constant uncertainty, I invite you to join me for a day to reflect back, reconnect inwards and reset your priorities to move forward.

'Reflect. Reconnect. Reset' is an intimate, one day event at the inspirational local setting of The Lodge, Duxford. It will provide the essential time and space to take a pause, treat yourself and take stock.
