People come to coaching for many reasons. I have been there, feeling stuck in life and unsure of why. My coach helped me to find a way through and I can do the same for you. I approach my coaching sessions with no agenda, I will meet you where you are at that time, taking it as slowly or as quickly as you would like. You lead the way. My role in a coaching session is to give you space and time, along with asking thoughtful questions to challenge perspective. You have the answers inside yourself, you just need space to realise what they are.

1-2-1 coaching
Starting with a minimum of six (one hour) sessions, spaced out as you wish, we dive into what’s on your mind. You may have a clear idea of what you want to discuss or you may not be sure. It’s ok. Together we will work it out. Sessions will normally take place online, over zoom, although I can offer face to face sessions, in the Cambridgeshire area, if you feel that works better for you.
Between our sessions I will send you tailored resources so that you can continue your learning and self reflection, and provide regular check-ins for extra accountability.
workshops
I run regular workshops online and in-person. Topics include journaling for well-being, building confidence, imposter syndrome, leadership development, values, well-being and authenticity.
Working through these themes in a group enables you the time and space needed to take a deep inward look at yourself, build connection with others and realise you’re
not alone.
