'Find your direction' workshop

Updated: Jun 26, 2020

Do you struggle to know what you want in life? Do you struggle to find the time to think about it or simply don't know where to start? Do you feel like everyone around you has a plan and you're being left behind? You are not alone.

Who is this workshop for? I've created this workshop for anyone who is feeling a little overwhelmed by life and can not see the woods for the trees. It's for people who don't get time to step back from the daily routine to re-assess what they want and where they're going. I often hear people describe this as 'coasting through life'.

We all have times when we feel a bit ‘stuck’ and lack direction - be it in our career, with our well-being or in our relationships. Seeing through the fog can be hard when we're so busy with day to day life. If you’re feeling lost and unsure what you want from life, come along to this ‘Find your direction’ workshop in March.

What will you get: This workshop will give you a chance to step away from your day to day, enjoy the gorgeous surroundings of The Lodge in Duxford, and take some time out for you. If you want to join us, you'll get:

  • Time to take a look at the different areas of your life, to see what is working and what needs attention

  • An understanding of what you want to focus on this year

  • Ideas on how to move forward with your new found focus

  • A spark confidence knowing you can take steps towards your goals

  • An action plan of how to move forward

  • Fun! Plus generate ideas and inspiration

  • Oh and homemade delicious cake!

In addition, you will get a 30 minute coaching call with me two weeks after the workshop to help you maintain momentum and review progress.

Group coaching is hugely beneficial as it gives a sense of community, connection and of belonging as well as sparking new ideas. It also means coaching can be more accessible and cost effective for each individual, particularly for those trialling coaching for the first time.

I'd love to see you there, but in the meantime if you want to know more or to book your place, please get in touch by emailing gemmabrowncoaching@gmail.com.
