Uncover your core values and find ways to align with these to experience contentment and fulfilment in all areas of your life. > What are my values? > How can they help me live authentically and with ease? > How do I align with them? If you ask yourself these questions, you are not alone. You may have a sense of what your values are, but really knowing them means you can use them to live more authentically in all aspects of life, make confidence decisions and set fulfilling goals. Living in alignment with your personal values is part of the journey of authenticity where your actions and behaviours with your beliefs and values. In this workshop, you will discover the importance of knowing your values, taking time to uncover what is important to you in life and work. You will find ways to live more in alignment with these, look at where you may be conflicting with your values, and take time to plan what you may like to change in your life. We will also look at how knowing your values can support you with making decisions (big and small) and help you to set goals that you will feel inspired and motivated to take action towards. This session is recorded so if you register, you will receive the recording and worksheets to complete in your own time. Monday 9th June 2025 10am-12.30pm.

For online workshops, a minimum of 5 participants per session is required for the workshop to go ahead.
