Authenticity - time to remove the mask?

Being authentic at work is not a new phenomenon, but now, more than ever, it is needed throughout organisations in order to lead with integrity, honesty, compassion and ethics. When we can be true to ourselves, we can then, in turn, be true to those around us.

I coach many individuals who relate to the ‘putting on of a mask’, and especially women in their careers. The impact is real - not only is it draining, tiring and has a detrimental effect on your well-being, it is also preventing you from sharing all of your true skills, strengths, abilities and opinions (those that are needed more than ever) with your workplace (and the world!).

I am delighted to be working with @wish_gb to offer a leadership programme to help women in the housing sector embrace their authenticity and take control of their own careers - in a way that is authentic to them.

The programme includes 6 x 3 hour group coaching sessions, connecting like-minded women to share their experiences and empower each other. Starting 13th January, the programme builds on the values held closely by WISH, facilitating connection between participants and assists in expanding participant’s personal and professional networks.

Start your 2022 by taking time to reflect on your own professional development and what authentic leadership means to you.

Dates: 13th January, 27th January, 10th February, 24th February, 10th March and 24th March (all 9.30am-12.30am).
