S E L F – I M P R O V E M E N T - We’re already amazing beings, but we’re also a work in progress. We can always do better. Self-improvement, in my eyes is a life long journey – to develop and grow, to understand and improve.

To celebrate September’s National Self Improvement month, what will you be doing or changing to improve yourself? I think these challenges can imply that we need to embark on some huge revelation or involve doing a complete 180 degree u turn. That’s not my view, and often improvement can be made in small adjustments or tweaks to our current habits and routines.

I want to read more this month. I already read a bit but want to make a concerted effort to make a dent in the pile of books I’ve collated over recent months. To enjoy the process and further my learning of coaching, of different authors and of self development tools.

Self-improvement could take a number of forms – learning something new, changing a habit, creating a new habit, giving yourself permission, or being kinder to yourself. What will you do this month?
