workshop details

This workshop explores how personal boundaries are essential tools for sustaining well-being, strengthening capability, and fostering healthy professional and personal relationships. You will examine the idea that effective leadership begins with self-leadership, and that protecting your own energy is not a luxury; it is a prerequisite for leading others with clarity, compassion, and consistency. Key outcomes > Improved self-awareness Gain clarity on your personal energy patterns and recognise early signs of overwhelm. >Practical boundary-setting tools Leave with actionable steps for setting limits while maintaining positive relationships. > Enhanced leadership presence: By committing to lead yourself first, you will feel more capable of guiding teams with intention rather than reactivity. > Stronger alignment with values Connect boundary-setting with living and leading in alignment with your core values, helping to create more sustainable and meaningful impact. When you set boundaries that honour your well-being, you create the internal space needed to lead others with clarity, resilience, and purpose. Join me on Tuesday 23rd June 12pm-1pm, on Zoom.

For online workshops, a minimum of 5 participants per session is required for the workshop to go ahead.
