I discovered coaching for myself when I was feeling a bit bleak - in about 2014. For a while, I ignored those feelings and ‘carried on’. I lost my spark, my zest for life and experienced a total lack of direction. From the outside, you’d think everything was going great. I had a wonderful career in a job I loved, a lovely home, great friends and supportive family. I was fit and healthy and felt that I SHOULD be happy. But something wasn’t right.
I felt flat. Stuck in some way. As though I was simply drifting along. I needed something to help me explore this niggle, to see through the overwhelm and move forward.
It was at this point, I started working with my own coach. I admit that I had no idea about coaching then. I didn’t even know what I wanted to get out of it. Together, we explored questions I’d never considered; looking deep within at what was important to me and what my needs were. I started to really get to know myself and develop an acceptance that it was OK to be me. I noticed that for so long I’d tried to fit into boxes and others expectations and it was coaching that allowed me to break free.
This is what ignited a passion to become a coach and what inspires me to help others.

A lot of the time we act on remote, not really knowing how we got to where we are. Our thinking becomes habitual and we’re never thoughts about inner critics, narratives, belief systems….. Coaching gives you time, space and guidance to do just that.
Today, I help you to see your true self and enable you to learn to accept all that you are. That is your superpower.
Developing this acceptance enables you to be bold, to make choices, to go after a life you want in the way you want it. I get to work with incredible people every day to help them live the lives they choose. I work with them to help them believe in themselves, and I’ve seen that, when they do, they take control and make change; they become challenged yet retain balance, contentment and fulfilment. This is why I love working with people - two days are never the same, and I am privileged to witness the amazing journeys of my clients’.
