Each month I host a free 'Journaling for well-being' workshop. It's 30 minutes of support and inspiration for your journaling practice. We focus on two techniques:
1 - Wild writing, a free-style journaling method.
2 - Utilising guided prompts around a particular theme.
The theme for the session was 'creating clarity and intention setting'.
As we move into February, our focus turns toward creating clarity and setting intentional direction - gently clearing the mental and emotional clutter so we can move forward with purpose and not pressure.
This session was an invitation to pause, reflect, and allow yourself to focus on your own priorities - not those of everyone else.
What does ‘clarity' mean to you? What would this feel like if you had it? What area of life requires a little thought to gain a slightly less blurry view? It doesn’t necessarily need to be crystal clear clarity - it could be that you know instead what the next few steps are, and that gives you enough to move forward.
What feels unclear or noisy in my life right now - and what do I sense is underneath that noise?
Would could clarity feel like and how will I know when I have it?
Where am I currently saying 'yes' out of habit or obligation, rather than alignment?
If I trusted myself fully, what would I choose to focus my energy on this month?
What intention would feel supportive and nourishing?
As we evolve out of January, take some time to prioritise that which will have the greatest impact on you this month. And know, that you don’t have to have a perfect plan, just a couple of steps will do.

Next month, my free journaling workshop takes place on 2nd March and is focused on the theme of Spring awakening. You can register here.
Alternatively, you can download my free journaling toolkit to get your started.
