Journaling prompts: a september reset

Each month I host a free 'Journaling for well-being' workshop. It's 30 minutes of support and inspiration for your journaling practice. We focus on two techniques:
1 - Wild writing, a free-style journaling method.
2 - Utilising guided prompts around a particular theme.
The theme for the session was 'a september reset'.
There’s something about September, isn’t there? Even if, like me, you haven't been anywhere near a school timetable for years, there can still be that feeling of a new beginning. New notebooks. New routines. A slight shift in the air. A sense that summer is gently drawing to a close and we’re stepping into a different rhythm.
I do love September as things begin to transition and I take a little reset. Not starting again from scratch. Just pausing long enough to ask: Where am I? How am I? And what do I need now?
Perhaps summer has given you some space. Perhaps it has been full and busy. Perhaps you've had adventures, rested, worked, travelled, stayed at home, or simply got through it.
Before you rush into September, you might want to write down:
Something I want to remember from summer...
Something I want to leave behind...
Something I want to carry forward...
Something I want to make space for...

Next month, my free journaling workshop takes place on Monday 5th October and is focused on the theme of letting go. You can register here.
Alternatively, you can download my free journaling toolkit to get your started.
