workshop details

I'm delighted to be partnering with Rachel at The Restful Sauna to bring you The Reset Ritual - a beautifully slow self care Friday evening designed to help you unwind from the week and reconnect with yourself. Over two peaceful hours, you'll be welcomed with a nourishing drink and light nibbles before settling into guided journaling prompts to encourage reflection, gratitude and intention. We'll then move into an hour of restorative wood-fired sauna and cold plunge, allowing your body to soften, reset and recharge at your own pace. We close the evening gathered together gentle conversation and an integrating journaling practice, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and ready for the weekend ahead. **Your evening includes:** > arrival drinks and nibbles > grounding meditation > guided journaling and reflection > an hour to enjoy the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge > integrating intentions before closing No experience is needed, simply come as you are and leave feeling lighter. Friday 31st July, 6pm-8pm £35pp Limited to just 8 places By booking and attending a session at The Restful Sauna, you acknowledge and agree to the sauna waiver. Please review https://www.saffronthaiyogamassage.co.uk/sauna-waiver before booking. Ready to reset? Book your place today and gift yourself two hours of intentional rest.

For online workshops, a minimum of 5 participants per session is required for the workshop to go ahead.
