The imposter phenomenon or syndrome - It is reported that over 70% of people have or will experience imposter-like thoughts and feelings at some point. By talking about it and sharing our experience, we realise ‘It’s not just me'.

​In or out of work, feelings of being an ‘imposter’ can surface without warning when you feel like you’re going to get ‘found out', feel like a fraud or put all your success and achievements down to luck. If you lack confidence or notice your imposter voice holds you back or derails you in particular scenarios, this workshop is for you.
