authenticity. confidence. freedom.
are you ready?

Freedom to thrive is a 3 month group coaching programme designed to help you get to know and accept your true authentic self, to build the confidence to embrace who you are and share the fullest version of yourself with the world, to deep dive into your values, beliefs and needs so you can be free to live a life you love.

I have worked with hundreds of women and there is often a common thread, regardless of their coaching goal. They want the freedom to live a life that they choose. The freedom comes from having the confidence to be their true authentic selves. But that isn't easy. And it's hard to know where to begin.

I regularly help women get to know, accept and embrace who they are so they can live a life with freedom from self-doubt, comparison and from putting on a mask.

I believe we would all thrive if we had the confidence to be our true authentic selves and I want to help you on your journey to freedom.

I also believe in the power of group coaching, of sharing experiences with other like-minded women and supporting each other in this practice.  This is my motivation for launching this new group coaching programme and I can't wait for you to join me.

what clients say

Our work together has meant that I have discovered what my core needs and values are. Gemma encouraged me to focus on what’s truly important to me, both personally and professionally. I have made life decisions based on our work, it has even led to me landing my dream role which I start on Monday.

Gemma achieves a really important balance; being open and approachable, whilst asking the challenging questions which get you to the root cause of an issue. The external perspective, challenge and support Gemma brings has facilitated some great reflection. This has helped me to identify areas for improvement and supported me in implementing tangible steps to make progress.

Gemma has been instrumental in supporting us through a period of growth and change within the organisation. She has been helping us articulate and capture the real essence of what makes the organisation a fantastic place to work, and how we harness, strengthen and grow that culture, including our values and behaviours.
