workshop details

Join me for this end of year journaling workshop. As the year draws to a close, take a little time and space just for you. Before rushing into the next year, this gentle, guided journaling workshop invites you to pause, reflect on the year you’ve had, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore the moments that have shaped your year, acknowledge how far you’ve come (including the things you might otherwise overlook), and make space for the lessons, experiences and possibilities you want to carry forward. Through thoughtful prompts, quiet reflection and a little creative exploration, you’ll have the opportunity to celebrate the gold in your year, let go of what no longer serves you, and consider what you want more of in the year ahead. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, set ambitious goals or make big plans. This is about slowing down, listening to yourself and finding your own sense of clarity and direction. Come as you are, bring a journal and pen, and give yourself the gift of a little time to reflect. Leave feeling more connected to yourself, grounded in what matters, and ready to step into the new year with intention. Sunday 13th December; 9am - 10am (GMT) on Zoom.

For online workshops, a minimum of 5 participants per session is required for the workshop to go ahead.
