some frequently asked questions
How many sessions will I need?
This entirely depends on what you would like to achieve. We will agree this together in our initial session and work at your pace.
How often will I need a session?
We can work on this together to agree a frequency that suits your needs and goals. Some clients choose to have more sessions earlier on in coaching to 'kick-start' their progress and then reduce. However, it is entirely up to you.
What if I don't have a specific 'issue' in mind?
That's not a problem at all so don't be put off by this. Some clients have a very definitive idea of what they want to work on or progress. Others simply know something isn't quite right in their life and want to work to find more balance. I work with both scenarios.
Will you give me advice?
No, my role is to give you space and time along with open (occasionally) challenging questions. My belief is that you have the answers, you just need the environment in which to find them.
Can we talk before I sign up?
Of course, I will arrange a short call with you so you can assess whether coaching is the right option for you and, most importantly, if I am the right coach for you to work with.
How do we meet up for our sessions?
Most sessions take place comfortably over Zoom or Skype. I am based in the Cambridgeshire area, so if this is convenient for you, I do carry out face to face coaching sessions locally.
Is there a minimum number of sessions?
No, you can have as many sessions as you deem to be useful and can stop at any time.
What if I need to cancel?
I understand that life can be hectic and things pop up now and then. I ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations in which case there would be no charge and hopefully we can re-book at a more suitable time for you.
