How often do you finish your day forgetting how you started?

Meditation, mindfulness and being still enables reflection, awareness and acknowledgement of what is. 

Ground yourself and tune back in with these short meditation practices. Take time out from rushing around to reconnect to you, your breath and your body without judgement or fear. Only when we stop to be still for a moment can we truly move forward with consciousness and authenticity.

I have created short meditation tracks for; a grounding body scan, morning intention setting and to welcome sleep.
