when can coaching help?

A coaching experience is different for every person, and reasons for working with a coach are as unique as you are. Often we may not be able to articulate exactly what draws us towards coaching, and can be something we discover together on the journey. The process is not a 'one size fits all' approach, it is fluid to suit you and what you want to work on. 

I work with people who:

  • feel 'stuck', lost or out of control

  • often hide parts of themselves in certain situations

  • have lost sight of who they are

  • want to re-set the balance in their life
