about the workshop

What are my values?

How can they help me live authentically and with ease?

How do I align with them?

If you ask yourself these questions, you are not alone. Some of have a sense of what our values are, but really knowing them means we can use them to live more authentically in all aspects of life.

Living in alignment with your personal values is part of the journey of authenticity where we align our actions and behaviours with our beliefs and values. In this workshop, you will discover the importance of knowing your values, taking time to uncover what is important to you in life and work. You will find ways to live more in alignment with these, look at where you may be conflicting with your values, and take time to plan what you may like to change in your life.  We will also look at how knowing your values can support you with making decisions (big and small) and help you to set goals that you will feel inspired and motivated to take action towards.

This time out of day to day life is a chance to pause and take time out for yourself and consider how to move forward with intention. It is a time to see that you are worthy, you are uniquely wonderful and you matter - just as you are.

I offer a chance to reconnect in a calm space. To connect to others. To spend time looking inwards. To experience coaching and guided reflection in a group of like-minded people. Oh and nourishing food in a gorgeous local setting!
