'Build confidence and boldly be you!' - workshop

Updated: Jun 26, 2020

Does it frustrate you when your lack of self-confidence holds you back from doing the things you want to do? Have you passed up opportunities due to your own insecurities? Do you hold back at times when you really want to speak up? Are you keen to progress but need a confidence boost to help you do so?

Imagine what you could achieve if you could quieten down that voice inside your head telling you 'you're not good enough', 'you don't have good ideas', 'everyone will laugh'. You are good enough, you do have good ideas and you have something worth saying!

If anything here sounds familiar, I would love to invite you to a workshop which will build your confidence and help you to boldly be you! The sessions will focus on:

  • Being your true self and all the great things that that brings

  • Challenging the thoughts that hold us back

  • Holding up our unique strengths to build our confidence

  • Looking at ways to use our strengths more widely

  • Having fun, sharing ideas and getting inspired!

Group coaching can be highly beneficial as it gives a sense of community, involvement and a sense of belonging. It also means coaching can be very cost effective and you'll meet like-minded people too. It's particularly great if you're new to coaching and want to get a taster for how it works.

The workshops are open to all so please email to register your interest if you would like to be informed of dates and locations.

Get ready to feel more confident in your own strengths, ready to tackle obstacles, take on new opportunities and be ready for life's challenges.
